I'm a Native Californian and was considering making a difficult cross-country move to Tulsa for my retirement.


While visiting, my Realtor Heidi Bents, being familiar with the local market and exactly what I was looking for, showed me a new construction home not yet on the market, in an upscale zero-lot line, gated neighborhood. It was located in a desirable community, perfectly fitting my needs, my financial parameters, and my dreams.


She immediately arranged a meeting at the site with the builder for a walk-through. Construction was at the sheetrock stage, and about 6 months from completion. With my flight back home to California just hours away, Heidi gathered the information necessary for me to make quick decisions on whether I should go forward on a purchase of this particular property.


I was totally confident with Heidi's knowledge of Oklahoma's Real Estate contract laws, professionalism in her service to me as a buyer, and the attention she gave to important details made me feel comfortable with catching my flight back to California as a proud owner of my brand new Tulsa home.


Fortunately for me, my Realtor has a background in construction, renovations and interior design. She worked daily with the builder in selecting surface materials for the home such as granite and marble countertops, and the layout for back splashes, shower and tub surrounds.This arrangement worked out perfectly, and I felt comfortable with Heidi's attention to detail for the home's interior. She emailed or texted photos of products, colors and finishes for my approval. Together, we selected lighting and bath fixtures, carpeting and tile. When it came to the paint color, it was amazing the pallet that came to me through cyber space ending up with beautifully finished products on the walls and cabinetry of my brand new home!


Heidi's constant contact with myself and the builder, was such a reassurance though I was 1500 miles away, she made me feel connected to every detail of the build out.


My new home was finished and the grand day arrived! Heidi was there to welcome me to my gorgeous new home: the light fixtures, the granite, marble, colors, and over-all design were completely overwhelming and beyond my expectation. I was totally thrilled!


We continued to work together to complete my incredible place in furnishing, decorating and bringing each room the comfort and lovely touches I had hoped for. Her knowledge, design expertise and eye for color, professionally furnished my new home beautifully. Friends and guests often compliment the beauty of this place and it truly is a delightful, charming home I have the pleasure of enjoying.

Moving from New York to Oklahoma was no easy task, but finding a home in just four days that met the needs of my four children could have been even more difficult.


Heidi Bents was recommended to us by my sister to be our realtor while we were still living in New York. Even though we were miles apart, Heidi worked hard at getting to know our family. My name is Donna Bond, a former home owner in Bixby, OK.


Heidi Bents of Keller Williams Realty came to our home for a consultation with my husband and myself to discuss placing our home on the market and enlisting her expertise as our Realtor. She was extremely well organized, very complete and thorough in covering the details of the contractual agreement. She communicated to us the process of listing and selling our home, and made certain we understood terms, conditions, and roles of all the parties involved in the sales contract.


After answering every question I had to my satisfaction, she encouraged me to purchase a Home Owner Warranty. She made sure I understood the fine print, and as it turned out, I actually filed a claim on that policy which covered the cost of a new air conditioner compressor while our home was on the market.


I was already impressed with her real estate knowledge, but her talents and abilities within the home "staging" were over the top! She has an eye for detail, which seemed intimidating at first as a homeowner, but she gently convinced me to see things through her "eyes". She could spot areas in our home that needed touch up, items that needed to be moved or changed, re-grouped or removed completely. All of her suggestions were making the home seem as spacious as it actually was, enhancing the elements the home had to offer a potential buyer . This was not about me and my tastes, it was ALL about the HOME as the center of attention! She made certain to highlight our home's uniqueness through creatively marketing with beautiful brochures, flyers, and just the right camera shots for MLS and on-line advertising.


The part I liked the best, was the relationship along the way! She called when she said she would, always arriving as she said she would, looking like she spent the entire week getting herself together for a quick "stop-by" to drop something off. She always arrived bringing fresh ideas with her talent for making all things functional and beautiful.


She did as she said she would do: find a perfect buyer to fit the home. Even better than finding a buyer as quickly as she did...she was WHO she said she was!

Each phase of the transaction, Heidi continued to demonstrate her realty competence and skill, her talents and personality, her beauty and brains, from listing, to showing, through our final moment at closing.


I had no idea i would enjoy the ride as I did. I appreciated Heid's style, grace and expertise. My memory, to this moment (as you can tell) is all positive. This experience, for me was complete with the knowledge I gained by having Heidi Bents in my life as the Executive, executing details from start to finish, literally from A to Z.
